Where are NoodleBomb sauces made?
NoodleBomb is family-owned in Bonney Lake, Washington. Our sauces are produced with our co-packer in Tacoma, Washington and made in the USA.
What ingredients are in NoodleBomb?
Ingredients vary by product and flavor, so the current bottle or jar label is the source of truth. For sauce allergens: Original, Spicy Tokyo, and Citrus Shoyu contain soy, wheat, milk, and sesame. Shoyu Reserve contains soy and wheat. Dry blends have their own jar labels; check the label before eating, especially for allergens.
How spicy is Spicy Tokyo?
Medium-high heat with flavor first and a steady chili finish. Roasted chili layered over deep umami. If you reach for sambal first and find ghost-pepper sauce silly, you’re in the right zone.
Can I use NoodleBomb on things other than ramen?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Rice bowls, dumplings, sushi, stir-fry, eggs, roasted vegetables, glazed proteins, marinades, wings, dips. If it’s savory, it probably works.
How long does an opened bottle last?
Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening for peak flavor. The pour cap makes it easy to finish a bowl, glaze wings, or mix a quick marinade without over-pouring.
What’s the difference between the three sauces?
Original — turn up the flavor, not the heat. Garlic, sesame, smooth soy. Spicy Tokyo — bold heat, deep umami, roasted chili. Citrus Shoyu — bright lift, bold finish. Citrus over a clean shoyu base.
Do you ship internationally?
Checkout currently supports U.S. addresses. International shipping needs Shopify Markets and rates turned on first; if you’re outside the U.S., email hello@noodlebomb.co and we’ll help.
What’s your return policy?
If you don’t love it, email hello@noodlebomb.co within 30 days for a full refund. Keep the bottle. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. See the wholesale page or email hello@noodlebomb.co with your store name and resale certificate to get the wholesale sheet.
How does the Monthly Ramen Box work?
The Monthly Ramen Box is a paid recurring subscription with two live plans: $29.99/month or $39.99/month. Every box includes premium ramen plus a full 7 oz bottle of NoodleBomb sauce. Skip or cancel anytime. Details on the Monthly Box page.
Does NoodleBomb contain wheat or gluten?
Yes. The sauce line contains wheat. Original, Spicy Tokyo, and Citrus Shoyu contain soy, wheat, milk, and sesame; Shoyu Reserve contains soy and wheat. Check each bottle or jar label for the current allergen panel.
Is NoodleBomb vegan?
We do not currently market NoodleBomb as vegan. Labels and allergen panels vary by product, and some sauce labels disclose milk, so the package label is the source of truth before buying or eating.
How should I store NoodleBomb?
Cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 months for peak flavor. Don’t leave it on the stovetop — heat dulls the top notes.
What size is the bottle?
7 fl oz, with a pour cap built for control.
What’s MSG and why is it in the sauce?
MSG (monosodium glutamate) is a glutamate that delivers umami. We use it when it earns its place in the recipe, and products that include MSG disclose it on the label. We do not claim the products are free of MSG.
Where can I find NoodleBomb in stores?
NoodleBomb is now stocked at Newport Avenue Market (Rudy’s), 1121 NW Newport Avenue, Bend, OR 97703. Use the live store map for the current list, or email hello@noodlebomb.co if you run a store.

Ashley March, in Bonney Lake, Washington, in 2024. She invented the ramen-sauce category because she needed it to exist. Mike March runs operations. Read the full story on the About page.
