Where are NoodleBomb sauces made?+

Bonney Lake, Washington. Every bottle is mixed, filled, and labeled by hand in our kitchen. Small-batch, family-owned, made in the USA.

What ingredients are in NoodleBomb?+

Fermented soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, kombu, mirin, monosodium glutamate, salt, and a flavor-specific spice profile. Contains: wheat (in the soy sauce base), soy. Specific ingredients vary by flavor — the full panel is on the back of every bottle.

How spicy is Spicy Tokyo?+

Medium-high heat with flavor first and a steady chili finish. Roasted chili layered over deep umami. If you reach for sambal first and find ghost-pepper sauce silly, you’re in the right zone.

Can I use NoodleBomb on things other than ramen?+

Yes — that’s the whole point. Rice bowls, dumplings, sushi, stir-fry, eggs, roasted vegetables, glazed proteins, marinades, wings, dips. If it’s savory, it probably works.

How long does an opened bottle last?+

Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening for peak flavor. The drizzle cap makes it easy to finish a bowl, glaze wings, or mix a quick marinade without over-pouring.

What’s the difference between the three sauces?+

Original — turn up the flavor, not the heat. Garlic, sesame, smooth soy. Spicy Tokyo — bold heat, deep umami, roasted chili. Citrus Shoyu — bright lift, bold finish. Citrus over a clean shoyu base.

Do you ship internationally?+

Lower 48 only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap once we can do it well.

What’s your return policy?+

If you don’t love it, email hello@noodlebomb.co within 30 days for a full refund. Keep the bottle. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer wholesale?+

Yes. Wholesale is $6.00 per bottle, MOQ 12 units (any flavor mix). Email hello@noodlebomb.co with your store name and resale certificate to get the wholesale sheet.

How does the Monthly Ramen Box work?+

Does NoodleBomb contain wheat or gluten?+

Yes. NoodleBomb contains wheat (in the fermented soy sauce base) and soy. It is not safe for celiac disease or wheat allergies. Allergen panel: contains wheat, contains soy, contains MSG.

Is NoodleBomb vegan?+

Check the back label of each bottle for the current ingredient list. The base is plant-derived (soy, garlic, sesame, kombu, mirin) and we don’t use animal-derived ingredients in the flavors we currently ship, but we don’t carry a vegan certification — the label is the source of truth.

How should I store NoodleBomb?+

Cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 months for peak flavor. Don’t leave it on the stovetop — heat dulls the top notes.

What size is the bottle?+

7 fl oz, with a drizzle cap built for control.

What’s MSG and why is it in the sauce?+

MSG (monosodium glutamate) is a glutamate that delivers umami. It’s the same compound naturally present in seaweed, tomatoes, parmesan, mushrooms, and the dashi at the heart of Japanese cooking. We use it because it earns its place in the recipe. Allergen panel discloses it on every bottle.

Who started NoodleBomb?+
