Is Fire Dust an oil or a sauce?

Neither—it is a dry, shake-on blend in a 3.2 oz jar. Use it for a chili, garlic and sesame finish. Pair it with a Pour bottle when you want sauce and texture in the same meal.

Wing-night crunch: Shake over freshly cooked, sauced wings just before serving. Add a little first, then adjust the finish to taste.

Eggs with an edge: Finish fried or scrambled eggs with a light shake. Serve over toast or hot rice.
