Privacy Policy

What we collect. Name, shipping address, email, and order history when you buy from us. Stripe and Shopify handle payment data — we never see your full card number.

What we do with it. Fulfill your order, send you shipping updates, and (only if you opt in) send the monthly newsletter. We also measure site activity as described below.

Cookies. Strictly functional — cart state, session, and one analytics cookie so we know what pages people read. No cross-site advertising trackers.

Live globe. Our live view counts browser sessions active in the last five minutes. A random session identifier helps avoid counting the same browser again as you move between pages or open another tab; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The feature stores only this temporary identifier, an activity time, and an approximate country or region. It does not store your IP address, precise location, name, email, or order details, and it does not link activity to your customer account. Only aggregate counts and approximate regions appear publicly. Inactive sessions disappear from the count after five minutes; expired records are discarded during refreshes and scheduled cleanup. The feature respects supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
