Quick recipe

Spicy Tokyo chicken rice bowl.

Cook rice and keep it warm. Crisp chicken thighs or tenders in a pan or air fryer, then slice. Add rice to a bowl with cucumber, scallions, sesame, and a fried egg. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons Spicy Tokyo over the hot chicken and rice.

For extra crunch, add fried shallots or cabbage. For a lighter bowl, use grilled chicken and cucumber with a smaller spoon of sauce.
