LET’S MAKE IT

Step by step

  1. Combine Spicy Tokyo, rice vinegar and toasted sesame oil in a small dipping bowl.
  2. Whisk with a fork until evenly mixed. Add scallion, sesame or crushed garlic if desired.
  3. Serve with fully cooked gyoza, wontons or other dumplings. This recipe makes the dip; cook the dumplings according to their own directions.
