THE NOODLEBOMB KITCHEN
Garlic Sesame Butter Noodles
Noodles tossed in butter and a splash of soy sauce, then shaken with a generous layer of Roasted Garlic Sesame.

LET’S MAKE IT
Step by step
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Save about 1/4 cup of the cooking water, then drain.
- Melt the butter in the same pot over medium-low heat and stir in the soy sauce and a splash of the cooking water.
- Add the noodles and toss until glossy, adding a little more cooking water if they look dry.
- Shake on the Roasted Garlic Sesame and scallions, toss once more and serve. Top with an egg if you like; cook eggs to 160°F.
