THE NOODLEBOMB KITCHEN
Charred Broccoli Crunch Bowl
Charred broccoli, roasted peanuts and fried shallots with Original ramen sauce.

LET’S MAKE IT
Step by step
- Cut the broccoli into flat pieces through the florets and stems. Pat dry so it browns in the pan.
- Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
- Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side until well browned and the stems are tender. Lower the heat if the pan starts smoking heavily.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss while hot with Original, peanuts, fried shallots and cilantro. Serve on cooked rice if desired.
