Method

Build the bowl.

Make the garlic oil

Warm the oil over medium-low heat. Add sliced garlic and cook until pale gold. Pull the pan off heat before the edges go dark.

Mix the broth

Heat the chicken broth. Add 1 tbsp NoodleBomb Original to each serving bowl, pour hot broth over it, and stir until the base is even.

Cook the noodles

Cook noodles according to the package directions. Drain just enough so they are not watery, then divide between the bowls.

Finish strong

Add chicken, soft egg, scallions, sesame, and a spoon of the garlic oil. Add a second small pour of Original if you want a heavier bowl.

Make it yours

Three easy switches.

More heat

Use Spicy Tokyo instead of Original for a warmer garlic-chili bowl.

More crunch

Finish with Roasted Garlic Sesame if you want the Shake format on top.

More lift

Use Citrus Shoyu when the bowl needs a brighter finish.

Pour bold

Start with Original.

Original is the no-big-heat ramen sauce in the Pour lineup. It gives this garlic ramen the soy-sesame base that makes the bowl feel complete.
